About Mercurion Systems

Mercurion Systems was founded in December 2001 by Scott and Crystal Lowe. Since its inception, Mercurion Systems has had the opportunity to work with a great set of customers and be involved in some exciting and notable projects.

Scott and Crystal founded the company with three primary goals:

First, to bring honor and glory to God;
Second, to be a source of outstanding technical support for small to medium-sized businesses in the Triangle and surrounding areas; and
Third, to pursue and provide excellent customer service to our customers.

We pride ourselves in being leaders in technology and leaders in customer service, and we pursue these goals while adhering to our core values of God, family, honesty, loyalty, and hard work.

About Scott Lowe

Scott Lowe has been in the IT industry for over 10 years, but computers have been a lifelong hobby. His roles have included corporate IT staff member, technology instructor for an IT training company, senior engineer for a national reseller, and Chief Technology Officer for a managed service provider (MSP), to name a few. All of these positions have come together to hone Scott's ability to apply technology solutions to business problems and be able to explain it all in a way that ordinary people can understand.
